    Return and Refund Policy

    While shopping with R3SET please always choose carefully as we do not exchange, refund, or provide store credits or coupons if you have just simply changed your mind or made a mistake.

    R3SET does not sell any products that are imitations or fakes. R3SET only stocks authentic products. We do not accept returns for products that have already been “USED”. Hence if you have already opened the item and/or used it, return of such item is no longer allowed.

    R3SET only allows the product to be returned if the product has been damaged during transit/delivery, provided that the product HAS NOT BEEN OPENED YET. On arrival, if the product has been damaged due to mishandling of the delivery/shipping agency of R3SET during transit/delivery, we will happily offer you either a refund, store credit or replace the product(s). Any authorized refunds given will be for the value of the product(s) only not including any shipping costs that have been incurred if any. The Shipping/delivery costs if any, will be charged to the customer. Please note that mere damage to the packaging does not warrant a refund or exchange.

    R3SET will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@r3set.life before making any returns or if you have any queries regarding the product via contact us page or through our live chat. If a product has been authorized for a return by R3SET, the customer shall have only 7 days to make the return. No refund, store credit or replacement will be provided until the faulty or damaged product is received for evaluation by R3SET.

    If the product has been authorized for return by R3SET, the customer must ensure that the product is carefully wrapped and securely packed to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied by the purchase confirmation email, received by the customer from R3SET along with the invoice thereof. R3SET hereby advises the customer to use the delivery/shipping agency that provides the tracking identification number and insurance for the delivered article/consignment. The customer will himself/herself liable for the shipping cost involved while returning the product. After the returned product is received at the R3SET’s Fulfilment centre, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days, if eligible.

    If the product has been authorized for return by R3SET, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it and the product must be unopened, not used and unsprayed.

    NOTE: When the returned product has been received by R3SET, the product will be evaluated by R3SET and the customer will be notified about the next steps.
